I found a 13 week training program for a triathlon, I only have 11 weeks, so I'm going to have to start on week 3 of the training. I'm really excited about it, I was pretty nervous about it, I've gone heavy on recruiting people to do it with me. I think I have my friend Nora convinced, have you signed up Nora?
