Augusts Field Trip

Our second day of homeschool we took our very first field trip of the school year to the Dinosaur Museum. We went with my friend Megan who happens to be a fellow homeschooler.

Hi! I really like your blog, it's very interesting to read about how you homeschool your kids, I never thought of it before, but it seems really nice! And since it's illegal to homeschool where I come from it's really exciting to read about it here.

Johanna, thanks for visiting my blog! Bummer it is illegal to homeschool in Sweden. I will post the zucchini brownie recipe.

I felt like I home schooled even when the kids went to school!
It's fun interacting with the kiddos. I probably drove everyone around me crazy b/c we did the learning when the moment presented itself, grocery store, climbing stairs, counting sidewalk lines, etc. Keep up the good work Marisa!

Dee, you make a great point! You can school your kids even if they do go to public school. Almost any situation can be an opportunity for learning.
