A few nights ago we got together with some of our friends to carve pumpkins, Mason was to little to carve one, so he painted his instead.
Maya in her cute new hat.
Reece had two pumpkins this year. One of his pumpkins was grown by Grandma, the other one he bought at the Scarecrow Festival from Shawn Bradley. Michael made a complete fool of himself when he noticed who it was.
All the finished pumpkins.
Halloween started with Reece reading scary stories to the kids.
The kids loved, The Ghost of Sifty Sifty Sam, The Little Old Lady Who Wasn't Afraid of Anything, and The Bones of Fred McFee.
Halloween Night.

Marisa, I love reading and viewing your blogs. I could comment after each blog but restrain myself. You bring a smile to my face weekly.
I love how you post pictures of events and memories (i.e. gas price foto)etc.
I wonder if there is a way to print blogs up so you have a journal of it b/c it won't always keep--will it?
Great family Marisa!!! The pictures of the kids sitting on the couch being read to brings back memories for me! So sweet!
Oh, and the polka dot boots are
p e r f e c t for mucking out chicken pens! You have an eye for things and how to use them! LOVE YOU!
Dee, you are so sweet. I love reading about your adventures as well. Yours are much more glamorous that mine!!! There actually is a site that you can download your blog posts to, you organize it how you want, and they put it in a book for you. I haven't done it yet, but I started one from all my posts last year.
Glad to see you had a fun Halloween! You kids are so cute!
wow - easy on you all carving an entire pumpkin patch :) cute pictures!
What a fun night. And that hat...its to die for. It almost makes me want to have a baby girl so I can dress her up...almost.
your pictures look like they're straight from a magazine. You're amazing.
Thanks Jade, you are sweet.
