It's official now, the sign is up, I think I'm going to puke! It seems like everything has happened so fast. Michael and I decided to just start casually looking for homes. We talked to our realtor and the next thing I know we have a sign in the yard.
Michael and I did spend the last 10 days slaving in our house painting, scrubbing, cleaning, and organizing. Night and day, all I think about is the next project that needs to be done.

Show us your cute house!
Why!?! If I may ask. It seems like you guys love your neighborhood with all your great friends and gazillion kids to play with yours. You could always come and be my neighbor :)
I do love my neighborhood and my neighbors, and my ward. It is such a sad thing for me to even think about. Michael and I have felt like we were supposed to move for a while, we aren't sure why. We kept putting it off and putting it off, and then everything just happened. Really, I'm looking back over the last few weeks wondering how this all happened. We do have a really small house, 1400 square feet, and it just seems to be getting smaller as my kids are getting bigger.
Wow. I'm sad for your neighbors, too! But I know what you mean about feeling like you're supposed to move without even knowing why -- or at least not being able to describe why to someone else. Hopefully a new place will grab you with those same kind of feelings. Best of luck! (Come by me!!!!)
P.S. Your house is gorgeous!
Kristi and Jennifer, I would love to have you both as neighbors, seriously. We have looked at houses in both your neighborhoods. Kristi, I looked at a house just about 1/4 a mile from your home, not as nice of a neighborhood as you are in though.
it's always exciting to move and make a change! keep us updated on the sale of your house :)
I will let anyone I know who may be looking for a house! Love the pictures of your rooms too! Hope you don't move too far! Would still love to get together. Let us know if you need any help when the moving time arrives! Remember it is a great thing for a family to have more room. I can tell you from my own experience of how hard it was to move, but it all works out for the best! GOod Luck!
thanks Tami, you are sweet.
I told Megan about the house behind us but you should know too. It's a short sale and the price keeps lowering. Don't you hate when people do and say things like that? (Assume) Where ever you end up is where you should be. I hope it's still UT. :)
Wow! That's exciting! Your house looks just as cute as ever. Right now is a great time to be looking for houses, the prices have come down so much. I'm so happy for you. It was great to see you the other night and catch up a little bit. Good luck with the selling and buying, it's a fun time.
Oh, I remember that feeling seeing the sign up in front of our house. It was like I had just been punched in the gut. That is such a great neighborhood and ward, but you have to do what you have to do. Good luck!!!
