So I'm majorly nesting right now, I only have about 2 months until the baby comes. I want to rip my house apart and put it back together, clean, organized with new paint, new decorations, new flooring etc. Since that isn't going to happen, to appease myself I bought some paint to paint my bedroom. Now, it has only been about 2 years since I painted it last, but I needed a change in there. So Michael takes a look at the paint and then looks at me as if I'm crazy and says, "you seriously think you have time for this? You have the temple celebration, you homeschool, you have a photography business, two blogs, you are doing about 5 appraisals a week, and you think that you have time to paint our bedroom?" My answer, "I'm nesting, can't you just let me nest before the baby comes?" His answer, "I guess I can let you, but I don't have to be happy about it."
Thanks baby for letting me nest, even if you aren't happy about it. Love you!

i am doing exactly that! the downstairs has been torn apart, painted, & put back together this week & the upstairs is next. have fun painting your room! i bet you'll sleep better at night:). what are you appraising?
I could see him complaining if he had all the busy things and was the one painting . . . wait, am I missing something? You go girl!
Maybe the upcoming homeschool curriculum could be on masking and cutting in.
Well, when I take too much on, it means he has to pick up the slack where I fall short. So I think that it isn't going to affect him, but it usually does.
that's hilarious that you just wrote about this... cause i did yesterday! at least you have kids to keep you busy, and everything else. good luck with the celebration for the temple! i'm sure it will turn out great!
Go ahead and nest! Having a newly painted bedroom does help you sleep better at night and wake up so happy:) I can't believe you are down to 2 months.
I didn't know you were doing appraisals now. Wow you're a busy lady.
Okay, what is your secret? It seems like my days are only filled up with laundry, making meals, cleaning up spit up, and driving to places! You are amazing!
